Examples of Our Work
Here is an example of an Expert Witness Report for a theater injury case: The report finds that the design of the Theater’s auditorium was unsafe due to low lighting, a hidden trip hazard, a code-violating gap, and lack of fall protection from reclining seats. It concludes that these conditions did not meet the standard of care for public safety and directly contributed to the accident, which could have been prevented with simple safety measures like a guardrail
Here is an example of an Expert Witness Report for a driveway injury case: The report concludes that the driveway was severely deteriorated, with large cracks and sharp protrusions creating an obvious tripping hazard. The property owner and manager failed to maintain the driveway, violating Washington State law and building codes. Their lack of action directly contributed to the tenant’s injury, which the report states could have been prevented through basic and timely repairs.
Here is an example of an Expert Witness Report for a patio injury case: The report finds that the rear patio in San Francisco was unsafe due to poor design, including uneven surfaces, gaps up to two inches wide, and no clear walking path. It states the licensed architect failed to meet the standard of care and did not comply with applicable codes, creating trip hazards and drainage issues that could have been easily avoided with proper design.
In one example, we provided expert services for a slip and fall case on a hotel stairway in San Francisco, California. The building, originally constructed in 1910, posed unique challenges due to its age and design. Our work went beyond deposition testimony—we also developed a series of detailed exhibits illustrating how the stairway could have been modified to better comply with modern building codes. The project required several weeks of focused analysis and preparation. The result was a favorable outcome for the client, with an award of approximately $7 million

Here is an observation report at an apartment complex. This report was a 1 day quick turnaround assignment, including site visit that gave the client the parameters of a single run of stair.
